Improvements In HRV under chiropractic care
These days, if we don’t experience back pain ourselves, we more than likely have someone close to us who does… it is THAT common. All too often, the onset of back pain is sudden and trivial. Bending over to pick up a shoe; or reaching over the sink to grab a coffee mug… the stabbing pain can freeze you in your tracks. Human nature would suggest that if it was “switched on” that quickly – then it should be able to be “switched off” just as quickly!!! This is rarely the case and some of these episodes become chronic problems that stay too long and lead to more issues.

Keeping the spine healthy as you age
DENIAL DENIAL DENIAL! I’m NOT getting older – I’m still in my prime!

The short answer is – YES!!!
Our association wanted to develop the chiropractic equivalent to dentists wanting us to brush and floss our teeth every day. This is the result.
